There are projects or areas of projects that require the
more traditional construction method of open cutting or trenching. Bastow Civil
Constructions Pty Ltd has experienced excavator operators and a number of different sized
excavators to ensure that all project needs are met using the most suited method of
installation.
All projects are designed to have minimal impact
on the surrounding environment and community therefore trenching methods are only used
when trenchless technology is not suitable or practical.

The Case 860 Rubber Track Trencher is a workhorse designed to keep you productive while
digging in rock, trenching cross-country or working drainage and utility projects on
roadways.
The PT18 Pedestrian
Trencher is a compact pedestrian trencher that includes a hydrostatic trencher drive motor
and hydrostatic twin wheel motors. More maintenance-friendly than conventional mechanical
trenchers, the PT18 features a host of productivity-enhancing features to increase
efficiency at the job site.
